We are excited to have the Sam Houston State University Concert Chorale back to perform at The Centrum. Chorale, the premiere choral ensemble at Sam Houston State University, consists of the top singers and musicians from across the campus lead by conductor Dr. Joshua Bronfman. The choir explores a wide variety of repertoire including Renaissance motets, Baroque gems such as Schütz’s Musikalische Exequien, works by Romantic masters such as Brahms and Bruckner, and contemporary compositions from America and Scandinavia. This nationally recognized ensemble most recently performed as an invited choir at the Southwestern American Choral Director’s Association Convention in Little Rock, Arkansas in March 2019.
