Our Box Office Isn’t at The Centrum
Since Hurricane Harvey, our Box Office has not been located at The Centrum. You’ll find us just down the road at 6450 Louetta Road, Suite 200, Spring, 77379. We’re always happy to help you with tickets, questions, or anything you need!

Free & Valet Parking Available
There are several free parking lots surrounding The Centrum for your convenience. Prefer valet? We offer valet parking for $15 per car. Cash is accepted at the venue, or you can purchase valet online ahead of the concert.

There’s No Dress Code
A night at The Centrum is always special, but you don’t have to stress about what to wear. You’ll see everything from business casual to jeans and khakis. Want to dress up? Absolutely! Prefer something comfortable? That’s great too. We just want you to enjoy the evening.

Arrive Early for the Best Experience
Our regular guests tell us that arriving early makes a world of difference. Plan to arrive 30–40 minutes before showtime to allow time to park, settle in, and enjoy the pre-show atmosphere.
Lobby doors open 60 minutes before the performance, and seating areas open 30 minutes prior. If you arrive late, ushers may ask you to wait for a natural break in the performance.

About the Temperature
With nearly 730 seats, our theater’s climate can vary depending on crowd size, humidity, and even artist requests. We aim for a comfortable 69–73°F, but temperatures may fluctuate.
Pro Tip: If you tend to get cold, bring a light sweater or jacket—just in case.
